In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our facilities. Your efforts will ensure that all areas are properly sanitized, well-maintained, and adhere to safety standards, creating a positive experience for staff and visitors alike. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with janitorial experience who take pride in their work and enjoy contributing to a clean and organized environment. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal to maintain cleanliness throughout the facility Handle chemical agents safely during cleaning procedures, following all safety protocols and handling safety procedures for chemical safety Operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and scrubbers to ensure floors are properly maintained and cared for Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting restrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces regularly Assist with basic facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or reporting issues requiring professional attention Follow established safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free environment for all staff and visitors Requirements Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment operation (including floor buffers), and sanitation procedures Ability to handle chemical agents safely in accordance with safety procedures Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks comfortably and safely Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled hours Good communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude Join us in creating a pristine environment where everyone feels comfortable!
