Job Description

Commercial Power Washing Technician Metro Detroit service company looking for an experienced Commercial Power Washing Technician to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
Perform commercial power washing and exterior cleaning services. Operate and maintain pressure-washing equipment. Travel to commercial job sites throughout Metro Detroit. Load, unload, and maintain equipment and supplies. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area. Provide professional service to customers.
Qualifications:
Previous commercial power washing experience preferred. Experience operating pressure-washing equipment preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable driving record. Able to perform physical work and lift equipment/supplies. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. Good communication and customer-service skills.
