ABOUT THE POSITION

As a General Cleaner, you will provide professional cleaning services for our clients while following our company's cleaning standards, procedures, and expectations. You will work both independently and as part of a team to make sure each job is completed thoroughly and professionally.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Clean residential and/or commercial properties Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas Follow cleaning checklists and company procedures Pay close attention to detail Properly use cleaning supplies and equipment Respect clients' homes, belongings, and privacy Communicate professionally with clients and coworkers Arrive on time and be prepared for scheduled jobs Complete assigned work efficiently and thoroughly Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment Report concerns or problems to management Immediately report any broken or damaged items according to company procedure Follow directions and expectations from management Work cooperatively with the rest of the team

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who is: Reliable and dependable Punctual Hardworking Honest and trustworthy Detail-oriented Positive and professional Respectful toward clients and coworkers Able to follow directions Comfortable working independently Willing to learn and accept feedback Able to perform physical cleaning duties Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
