TEAM LEAD

We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and motivated Team Lead to join our cleaning team! This position is ideal for someone who has cleaning experience, takes pride in their work, communicates well, and is ready to take on additional responsibility. The Team Lead will continue working alongside the cleaning team while helping guide employees, maintain quality standards, and make sure company procedures are being followed.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Our Team Lead is an important part of our daily operations. You will help lead by example, support team members, communicate expectations, and help make sure jobs are completed properly and to our company standards. This is a hands-on leadership position—you will still be actively cleaning while also helping oversee the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead by example while working alongside the cleaning team Help organize and direct team members during jobs Make sure cleaning checklists and procedures are followed Help maintain high-quality cleaning standards Inspect completed work and identify areas that need attention Help train and support new employees Answer team members' questions Communicate instructions and expectations clearly and respectfully Help keep the team on schedule Communicate employee concerns to management Communicate client concerns or special requests to management Follow company policies and procedures Make sure broken or damaged items are reported properly Help maintain cleaning supplies and equipment Encourage teamwork and professionalism Step in and help wherever needed Support management with daily team operations Hold team members accountable to established company expectations
