Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and meticulous individuals to join our staff as a cleaner. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in a commercial setting. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will contribute to creating a pleasant and sanitized environment for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness of a commercial building, including bathrooms, floors, surfaces, and trash. Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure the proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies. Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor to ensure the timely resolution of issues. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a commercial or residential cleaning setting. Knowledge of various cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment. Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong time management and organizational skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes. Ability to follow instructions and adhere to cleaning protocols and safety guidelines. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as needed. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Valid driver's license MUST pass a legal background check. The location of this clean is in a commercial setting in Onondaga, MI.
