Construction Cleaning Technician

Our subcontracted crews are part of many exciting Metro-Detroit projects. We have openings for several subcontractors (1099 positions). Looking for positive, professional people. Summary We are seeking a Construction Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a Construction Cleaning Technician, you will play a vital role in preparing spaces for their intended use. Pay is based on experience and job performance, starting at $15.00 with the possibility of up to $45.00 per hour depending on the projects, job site conditions & duties. Locations vary depending on our schedule and workload, so flexibility and dependability are a must. Hours per week will vary, but most weeks are based on an average of 40 hours. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of construction sites, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. Remove debris and waste materials to the jobsite dumpster to ensure a safe and clean environment. Follow safety protocols and guidelines while handling cleaning supplies and equipment. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards encountered during cleaning operations. Various other construction duties. Requirements 18 or older Have a valid Driver's License Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects as needed. You must have reliable transportation! This is subcontractor work - 1099 position Required Gear Work boots and cargo pants (khaki, blue, or black).
