This is a hands-on role for a dependable, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in their work and follows established cleaning standards, safety procedures, and schedules. Key Responsibilities Perform routine and deep cleaning services at commercial, industrial, and restaurant locations Clean floors, restrooms, kitchens, dining areas, and other assigned areas according to company standards Use cleaning products and equipment safely and properly Follow all safety, sanitation, and company policies at all times Ensure work areas are cleaned thoroughly and meet quality expectations Report maintenance issues, damages, or supply needs to the Team Lead or management Maintain a professional appearance and behavior at all client sites Qualifications & Requirements Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team Commercial cleaning experience is a plus but not required Must have reliable personal transportation to travel to job sites throughout Metro Detroit Must be dependable, punctual, and flexible with work schedules (evenings/weekends may be required) Must be able to pass a background check with no history of violent offenses or theft-related offenses Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical work for extended periods Preferred Skills Experience cleaning restaurants, kitchens, or industrial facilities Knowledge of commercial cleaning products, equipment, and best practices Basic communication skills What We Offer Consistent work with opportunities for growth Stable employment with a growing janitorial service Support from management and clear expectations Competitive pay based on experience
