What they do

A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Someone who works hard and places a great importance on attention to detail and safety. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and works well with others but also on their own.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Grade potatoes, remove debris from potatoes Perform quality control procedures Examine product for defects and quality concerns Work on the production line Maintain a clean and safe work environment Unload debris from semi-trailers Operate yard work equipment Perform other duties as assigned and support the farm team and quality to keep operations running smoothly

REQUIRED

Follow all safety rules and use required personal protective equipment (PPE) Flexibility in scheduling; including nights, weekends, and possible long hours Attention to detail Good math skills Able to communicate effectively Bilingual is a plus

Physical Demands:

Be physically active for long periods Stand for long periods of time Ability to lift 50lbs Adjust body movements or equipment controls to keep pace with speed changes of moving objects. Bend, stretch, twist, or reach out.

Seasonal/Temporary Position:

July 22-October 31, 2026

Wage:

$13.73-$20/hour; dependent on experience
