In this vital role, you will be the friendly face assisting with vehicle movement, guest services, and parking logistics. Your energy and professionalism will help create a welcoming environment for all visitors, ensuring their experience is seamless from arrival to departure. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in hospitality, customer service, and automotive operations while working in a fast-paced, energetic setting. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with vehicle parking in multiple parking areas, ensuring efficient flow and safety. Safely move vehicles between the parking lot, service lanes, and designated areas using manual transmission vehicles when necessary. Maintain clear communication with team members to coordinate vehicle movements. Help with basic dealership tasks such as moving cars, wiping cars down and maintaining cleanliness of the service area. Ensure compliance with safety protocols during all vehicle movements and guest interactions to promote a secure environment. Skills Strong guest services skills with a friendly, professional demeanor that enhances the customer experience. Knowledge of hospitality principles and experience working in a customer-focused environment. Valid driving license Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests, team members, and management. Prior dealership or delivery driver experience is highly desirable; familiarity with automotive operations is a plus. Bilingual a plus.
