Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to maintain a dealership facility in Troy. The ideal candidate is dependable, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable performing physical cleaning tasks in a fast-paced commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sweep, scrub, and maintain hard surface flooring throughout assigned area Perform trash removal, including collecting and disposing of waste materials (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs) Vacuum using backpack and upright vacuums Perform dry and wet mopping as needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment Complete assigned tasks according to cleaning procedures and quality standards Report any maintenance concerns or issues found during cleaning Secure the facility at the end of the shift by turning off lights and ensuring doors are locked

Qualifications:

Prior cleaning experience preferred, but not required Ability to work independently and follow established cleaning procedures Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Dependable, punctual, and able to consistently complete scheduled shifts Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, including trash bags and cleaning supplies
