Job Description

At K9 Club, our team is the foundation of everything we do. We're looking for compassionate, dependable people who are passionate about providing exceptional care for pets and outstanding service to their families. Our business is seasonal, so schedules may vary based on the needs of the facility. Flexibility and reliability are important, especially during busy times. Some holiday availability and up to two weekends per month are required. Phone, computer, and customer service skills are a plus! A genuine love for animals is essential. We're seeking responsible, patient, and hardworking individuals who can not only work independently and take pride in their work, but also contribute to a positive team environment. Cleaning Duties Complete general cleaning duties as posted or assigned Scoop dog waste immediately and dispose of it as instructed Dust mopping/wet mopping floors as assigned. Removing trash from containers Disinfect outside area Cleaning water bowls, kongs, and other toys Minimum Experience, Skills, Certification or Academic Background Required High school graduate or GED preferred Good communication skills Previous work experience demonstrating dependability Previous experience providing animal care (personal or job related) is a plus! Self motivated, independent worker Proven ability to follow instructions and learn new things Ability to work in a team environment Demonstrated flexibility '

  • $17.00 per hour Application Question(s): We staff from 6 am until 9 pm. Our shifts are 6am
  • 12 pm; 7 AM
  • 4 PM; 8 AM
  • 5 PM; 9 AM
  • 6 PM; 12 PM
  • 9 PM; 4 PM
  • 9 PM. All candidates must be able to work at least 2 closing shifts a week. This would be either a 12 PM
  • 9 PM shift or a 4 PM
  • 9 PM shift.
Please indicate which shifts you are able to work. This is a part-time position averaging approximately 20 hours per week, with hours that may ebb and flow based on the needs of the company. Are you comfortable with this schedule and flexibility?
