A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
Performs general, routine custodial duties, to include dusting, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning restrooms, and restocking paper and soap supplies. Hours- 7:30am
- 3:30pm Hours per week

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs routine maintenance to custodial equipment and supplies. Empties trash receptacles, disposes trash into compactors and/or dumpsters, and bags trash for proper disposal. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Capable to lift 50lbs- moving the furniture around and cleaning the cafeteria.
