Experience in Long Term Care Facility / Independent Living Facility

Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations. Maintains trash daily.
Basic knowledge of Tools and uses of tools
Experience in skilled trades, electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, flooring a plus
Experience in pool maintenance and fish pond a plus
Able to lift 50 lbs. or more
Experience in customer service
All other duties as assigned Shift available Day shift Full Time Mon - Fri - alternating weekends
