In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently cleaning and preparing newly completed construction sites to ensure they meet the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and readiness for occupancy. This position offers flexible on-call opportunities, perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy hands-on work. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help transform construction zones into pristine spaces ready for clients and occupants. Duties Perform detailed cleaning of post-construction sites, including dust removal, debris disposal, and surface cleaning using appropriate tools and equipment Utilize hand tools, pressure washers, and industrial cleaning equipment to thoroughly clean floors, walls, windows, and fixtures Conduct duct cleaning and floor buffing to ensure all areas are spotless and compliant with safety standards Safely handle heavy lifting tasks and manual handling of cleaning supplies or debris to prevent injury Use ladders safely for high-reach cleaning tasks while adhering to all safety protocols Maintain a high level of customer service by communicating professionally Follow all safety procedures, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), to ensure a safe working environment at all times Perform outdoor work as required Requirements Prior experience in industrial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided Ability to use ladders safely and effectively for high-reach cleaning tasks Knowledge of cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, floor buffers, and hand tools Familiarity with safety protocols including PPE usage, manual handling techniques Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor throughout the workday Experience with duct cleaning or outdoor work is a plus but not required Strong attention to detail with a commitment to thoroughness in every task Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence Join us as a Post-Construction Cleanup Technician - On Call and play a vital role in transforming construction sites into pristine environments!
