The hours and schedule of this position are dependent on call offs and are not always consistent. We provide use of a company car that is picked up from our office location.

Responsibilities Include:

Cover shortage Willingness to drive to multiple buildings per night Supply buildings with equipment and chemicals Person(s) must be able to take care of assigned buildings and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties: Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, sanitizing, etc) Report to Operations Management any issues Encourage and Engage with Staff Relationship Building Follow all health and safety regulations

Skills:

Ability to lift/pull heavy items up to 50 lbs Communication skills Ability to walk and or stand for long periods of time Familiarity with Material Safety Integrity and ability to work independently and as a team Be on time or early Friendly, people oriented Requirements Must be able to pass a standard background check Must have reliable transportation to work

Pay:

$18.00 per hour
