In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of cleanliness. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Job is Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, from 9:30-2:30 roughly. We are willing to accept a two day commitment as well if you would be able to work the full 3-6 hours. Pay is $14.50 during training. Once trained and 100% solo, pay jumps to $22.00-$25.00. Job also comes with finacial compensation for oil changes and other items. Responsibilities Perform cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness. Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment according to established procedures. Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with company policies. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Follow safety protocols and use cleaning supplies and equipment properly. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed. Requirements Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. We service Livingston County & Washtenaw County - must be willing to do both or one or the other. All homes are within 20 minutes of meeting point. You are also able to head to a job from your home. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods. Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. Must be reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to quality work. Must have reliable transportation as you will be required to drive yourself.
