Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor areas as needed Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to ensure hygiene standards are met Dust surfaces, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and care for flooring including hardwood, tile, and carpeted areas Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items Maintain proper manual handling techniques when lifting heavy furniture or appliances to ensure safety Use specialized cleaning equipment for tasks like carpet cleaning or floor care to achieve optimal results Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences and provide excellent customer service Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within scheduled appointments Follow health and safety guidelines related to janitorial practices and sanitation standards Assist with housekeeping management tasks when required, including inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment Experience Prior residential cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate Familiarity with cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, and janitorial procedures is advantageous Experience with outdoor work or outdoor cleaning tasks can be beneficial Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks efficiently Knowledge of various cleaning detergents, equipment operation, and sanitation protocols is a plus Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Join us in creating pristine living environments where our clients feel comfortable and cared for!
