Cleaning tech

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy, safe, and welcoming. This role is essential in providing a clean and pleasant atmosphere for clients and staff alike. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of short term vacation rentals, this includes resetting the house and eliminating any traces of previous guests Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to ensure all surfaces are clean and free of debris. Making beds, cleaning bathrooms, kitchens and all appliances. Sanitize all surfaces to uphold health and safety standards. Dispose of waste in accordance with company policies and environmental regulations. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of service. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, notifying management when restocking is needed. Experience Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required; we provide training for the right candidate. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes. Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines while performing cleaning duties. Must be able to pass background check Must have reliable vehicle and valid drivers license Must be able to pick up 50 ibs, bend, and stand for 6 hours.
