- Professional Cleaners Northern Comfort Cleaners LLC is currently hiring 4-5 dependable team members for ongoing turnover and residential cleaning work throughout the Duluth area. This is not temporary weekend work — we are expecting consistent work through at least Fall 2026, with opportunity for long-term positions depending on performance and workload.

Job Scope:

Cleaning projects will vary depending on the property and turnover needs.

Work may include:

Apartments Duplexes / Triplexes / Fourplexes Full family homes College rental houses Move-out and turnover cleanings

Duties Include:

Kitchens & bathrooms Floors, dusting & surface cleaning Trash removal Detailed turnover cleaning Working efficiently with a team Following checklists and supervisor direction

What We're Looking For:

Dependable and punctual Strong work ethic Able to work in fast-paced environments Attention to detail Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Reliable transportation required Cleaning experience preferred, but not required
