Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part Time Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks, with a focus on delivering high-quality service.

Pay:

$18.00+ per hour, depending on experience

Schedule:

Sunday (location in Northfield) : 8:30am

• 2:00pm (end time may vary slightly) Monday
• Thursday (location in Faribault) : 1.5 hours each day, start time between 2pm
• 4pm

Responsibilities:

Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas, during customer business hours while there are people present . Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness. Clean and sanitize surfaces, including countertops, desks, and equipment. Dispose of waste materials and recycling in accordance with company policies. Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and cleaning products as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Follow all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment when necessary. Requirements Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not required. Must have excellent cleaning quality & strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be available to work on Sunday. Willing to take feedback from management staff and customers in a positive manner. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently. Must be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Willingness to learn new cleaning techniques and procedures as required. Must have a valid drivers license, and reliable transportation.
