In this energetic role, you will utilize specialized cleaning techniques and equipment to restore carpets and flooring to their best condition. Your expertise will help transform spaces, ensuring they look fresh, feel clean, and meet the highest standards of cleanliness. This position offers an engaging work environment where your skills in floor care and customer service will shine, making a tangible difference in commercial and residential settings alike. Duties Operate carpet cleaning machines, floor buffing, waxing, and refinishing equipment to achieve optimal results. Perform thorough cleaning of carpets, floors, and other surfaces using appropriate chemical agents and cleaning techniques. Handle and apply floor cleaning chemicals safely while adhering to environmental and safety standards. Conduct manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of equipment and furniture to facilitate deep cleaning processes. Maintain the cleanliness of work areas by performing janitorial duties including floor scrubbing, buffing, and floor care maintenance. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs, explaining cleaning procedures, and ensuring satisfaction with the results. Follow proper protocols for chemical agent handling to ensure safety for yourself, colleagues, and clients. Qualifications Customer service experience a plus Personable and reliable No experience preferred we will provide all training
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
