Window Cleaner

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of windows in various residential and commercial properties. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and quality, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are performed efficiently and effectively. Company vehicle is provided. This is an ideal opportunity for an individual who like to work independently, work outside and cares for customer satisfaction. Duties Perform window cleaning on residential and commercial buildings, including high-rise structures. Utilize appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment to ensure streak-free results. Conduct thorough inspections of windows before and after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Communicate effectively with clients regarding service expectations and any issues encountered during the job. Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently while ensuring high-quality service. Qualifications Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. Must have a Driver License, Pass a background check Bilingual preferred - English/Spanish Familiarity with scissor lifts or similar equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally. Must be physically fit, capable of lifting heavy equipment, and comfortable working at heights.
