A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
Duties Perform thorough cleaning of areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors. Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment using appropriate cleaning supplies. Dispose of trash Follow cleaning protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request supplies as needed. Looking for Monday, Wednesday, Friday, or Weekend availability. Weekday work would take place after 5pm
