Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors to ensure cleanliness. Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment using appropriate cleaning supplies. Dispose of waste materials in accordance with company policies. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed. Requirements Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods. Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients professionally.
