Job Summary:
To inspire and prepare each and every scholar with the confidence, courage and competence to achieve their dreams; contribute to community; and engage in a lifetime of learning by performing custodial, maintenance, and ice care duties at the ice arena to ensure a clean, safe, and operational facility for all users.
Responsibilities and tasks include:
Must learn to operate Zamboni to prepare and maintain ice surfaces
Clean restrooms, lobby, bleachers, and promptly address spills
Maintain exterior grounds, including shoveling snow and removing trash or debris
Perform other related duties as assigned
Minimum qualifications include: High school graduate or equivalent
Ability to safely operate a Zamboni (training may be provided)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning protocols
Availability to work evenings and weekends
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
