We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part time Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various settings, such as offices, residential buildings, or commercial facilities. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
• Restock supplies in restrooms and other designated areas
• Follow established cleaning procedures to ensure high-quality results
• Adhere to safety guidelines and use cleaning chemicals properly
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
• Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned

Experience:

• Previous experience in professional cleaning or janitorial services preferred but not required
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment is a plus
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills
