Cleaning staff keep assigned locations, such as offices, factories, financial institutions, or medical buildings in clean and orderly condition. Understand and follow instructions, both verbal and written. Also maintain a level of professionalism regarding punctuality, dependability, and communication.

Basic duties include:

Follow all company procedures, policies, and rules. Take direction and respond to supervision. Talk with co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner. Present a professional appearance and conduct. Performs cleaning and sanitation of common areas, bathrooms, breakrooms, offices, trash removal, and floor maintenance i.e. mopping, vacuuming, sweeping Maintains a neat and orderly janitors' closet/area; ensures cleaning and maintenance supplies are stocked. Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities Must pass a background check. Prolonged periods standing. Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 35 pounds at a time. Must have access to reliable transportation No felony convictions Must be 18 or older Job type: Part time/nights-Mon-Fri No previous experience necessary - will provide training
