Conduct heavy lifting tasks safely, including moving furniture, supplies, or equipment as needed for cleaning or maintenance purposes. Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting high-touch areas and ensuring facilities are hygienic and presentable at all times. Operate various cleaning tools and machinery efficiently, including vacuums, floor buffers, and custodial equipment to ensure optimal cleanliness. Assist with basic facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or painting to support overall building upkeep. Follow all safety protocols diligently, including proper manual handling techniques and adherence to safety guidelines during all cleaning activities. Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and other custodial tools enhances job performance. Strong customer service skills are beneficial for interacting professionally with staff or visitors when needed. Physical capability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks comfortably while following safe lifting practices is required.
