Duties:

Inspect vehicles & complete inspection sheet at drop-off including towed vehicles Moves cars for purposes of production, customer convenience, sublet repair or washes cars, equipment, and shop as needed Clean inside & outside of vehicles & prepares for delivery in an efficient & timely manner Move, lock, & secure vehicles at close of the business day as needed Communicates physical damage or visual imperfections to management immediately Pick up customers or their vehicles before & after repairs as needed Run errands on behalf of the shop as needed Assist in maintaining shop equipment in safe working order Clean shop daily as needed Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player. A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND CLEAN DRIVING RECORD

Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in the automotive industry Familiarity with vehicle operation and basic maintenance Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
