Team Leader (Management Track) Helping Hands Cleaning Services is a growing residential and commercial cleaning company based in Warrenton, MO. We are seeking a dependable, professional, and motivated Team Leader who takes pride in delivering exceptional service while leading and developing others. This position is ideal for someone with strong cleaning experience who is ready to take the next step into leadership. The Team Leader will work alongside cleaning teams, ensure quality standards are met, provide training and coaching, and support daily operations. As the company continues to grow, this role offers advancement opportunities into a management position for the right candidate.

Position Responsibilities:

Lead and support residential and commercial cleaning teams in the field Ensure all cleaning services meet Helping Hands' quality standards and client expectations Train, coach, and mentor new and existing team members on company procedures and best practices Conduct quality inspections and address performance concerns promptly and professionally Assist with scheduling, team assignments, and daily operational needs Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and company vehicles Communicate professionally with clients regarding services, concerns, and special requests Resolve minor issues in the field and escalate larger concerns to management as needed Promote a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability, professionalism, and customer satisfaction Assist management with onboarding, employee development, and operational improvements

Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience required Prior leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to motivate, coach, and hold team members accountable Professional appearance and customer-service mindset Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field Must be able to pass a background check and provide references upon request Ability to lift, bend, kneel, stand, and perform physical work throughout the day Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
