Part-Time Janitorial Cleaning Technician — Approximately 24 Hours Per Week We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitorial Cleaning Technician to clean and maintain multiple facilities throughout the week. This position requires traveling to assigned locations on scheduled days, so dependable transportation and consistent attendance are important. Weekly Work Schedule Monday — Nursing Home 8:00 AM-3:00 PM Tuesday — Two Office Buildings Office #1: 11:00 AM-1:00 PM Office #2: 1:30 PM-3:30 PM Wednesday — OFF Thursday — Nursing Home 8:00 AM-3:00 PM Friday — Two Office Buildings Office #1: 9:00 AM-12:00 PM Office #2: 12:30 PM-2:30 PM Approximately 24 hours per week.

Description of Work:

Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors Clean and sanitize restrooms and showers Clean toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, and restroom fixtures Wipe and disinfect countertops, tables, desks, and high-touch surfaces Dust furniture, fixtures, baseboards, window sills, and other surfaces Clean interior windows, glass, and entrance doors as assigned Empty trash cans, replace liners, and properly dispose of trash Clean break rooms, common areas, offices, and other assigned areas Refill toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and other supplies as needed Spot-clean walls, doors, and other surfaces Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need to be restocked Properly maintain and organize cleaning equipment and supplies Follow all safety procedures when using, handling, and storing cleaning chemicals Follow product labels and company procedures for the proper use of cleaning chemicals Complete assigned cleaning checklists and report any facility concerns to management Perform additional routine janitorial duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

This is an active, hands-on cleaning position. Employees must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and regularly bend, reach, lift, push, pull, sweep, mop, vacuum, and carry cleaning supplies and trash.

Uniform & Dress Code:

Company shirts will be supplied. Employees are required to wear khaki pants and black shoes while on duty.
