This role is all about bringing positive energy, making high-quality smoothies, and helping guests choose products that support their health and fitness goals. You'll be part of a fun, fast-paced team where every shift makes a difference. What You'll Do Prepare and blend smoothies with quality and consistency Greet and engage guests to create a friendly experience Help guests choose smoothies and products that fit their goals Prep fruits, vegetables, and ingredients for daily use Follow store checklists, opening, and closing procedures Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store Work as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly Show up on time, ready to work, and bring positive energy What You Bring Positive attitude and strong communication skills Passion for helping people and delivering great service Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn Previous food service or retail experience is a plus (not required) Flexible schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends) Minimum age requirement: 16 years or older Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
