Position Summary NC Green Cleaners LLC is hiring dependable Janitorial Cleaning Technicians to maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment at a large distribution center in Statesville. This hands-on position performs scheduled cleaning throughout offices, restrooms, locker rooms, breakrooms, entrances, common areas, and designated warehouse support spaces. Team members must work safely, follow site procedures, and complete assigned tasks to quality standards on every shift. Essential Duties Clean and disinfect restrooms, locker rooms, showers, sinks, toilets, urinals, mirrors, counters, fixtures, partitions, and high-touch surfaces. Inspect and restock paper towels, toilet paper, soap, feminine products, seat covers, air fresheners, and other approved consumables. Clean breakrooms, cafeterias, vending areas, coffee stations, microwaves, refrigerators, tables, chairs, counters, cabinets, and sinks. Empty trash and recycling, replace liners, wipe and sanitize receptacles, and place cardboard and recyclable materials in designated containers. Sweep, dust mop, wet mop, vacuum, spot-clean, scrub, and buff assigned floors; remove spills, stains, gum, and debris promptly. Clean offices, cubicles, conference rooms, lobbies, entrances, guard/visitor areas, stairways, doors, glass, ledges, furniture, and common surfaces. Respond immediately to spills and place wet-floor signs or other required safety warnings. Set and reset meeting rooms and shared areas as directed, including chairs, whiteboards, and tabletop cords. Maintain janitorial carts, tools, supplies, and assigned equipment; report damaged equipment, hazards, shortages, and facility issues to the supervisor. Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic tasks on schedule and correct any missed or unsatisfactory work promptly. Perform other janitorial duties requested by site management within the approved scope of work. Safety and Site Requirements Follow all company, facility, chemical-handling, Safety Data Sheet, personal protective equipment, and equipment operating procedures. Use only authorized equipment. The facility auto scrubber may be used only after required training; forklifts, electric pallet jacks, order pickers, and other Lowe's power equipment are prohibited. Wear a clean company uniform, visible facility badge, and closed-toe, closed-heel shoes while on site. Do not bring or wear competitor-branded tools, clothing, or materials on the premises. Protect confidential work areas and follow access rules, including not entering closed offices unless authorized. Qualifications Dependable attendance and ability to report on time for the assigned shift. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, cleaning schedules, and safety requirements. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an active distribution-center environment. Strong attention to detail and willingness to correct work when needed. Must meet site-access requirements, including required criminal background check and drug screening. Physical Requirements The employee must be able to stand and walk for extended periods; bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive cleaning motions; move cleaning carts and equipment; and lift and carry cleaning supplies. Facility coverage windows are approximately 6:00 a.m.-6:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.-6:30 a.m. Exact start time, end time, workdays, shift length, meal period, and breaks will be confirmed for the assigned schedule. Employees must remain available during their assigned coverage period and take breaks only as scheduled by the supervisor.

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
