Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, including residential, commercial, and industrial settings. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and upkeep, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of hygiene and presentation. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas. Execute residential painting tasks as needed to maintain aesthetic appeal. Conduct commercial cleaning duties that may include floor care, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. Engage in facilities maintenance activities to ensure all equipment is functioning properly and spaces are well-maintained. Carry out industrial cleaning tasks that may involve the use of specialized equipment and techniques. Maintain cleanliness standards through regular inspections and by addressing any issues promptly. Utilize buffing techniques on floors to enhance their appearance and longevity. Assist with porter duties as necessary to support overall facility operations. Qualifications Previous experience in custodial or cleaning roles is preferred but not required. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
