Do you enjoy active, hands-on work and the satisfaction of seeing a space transformed? Super Cleaning, LLC is looking for dependable Cleaning Technicians to join our post-construction and move-out cleaning crew. You will work as part of a team to turn newly built or vacated properties into clean, move-in-ready spaces. From dust removal and detailed surface cleaning to windows, floors, and final touches, your work will be the last step before a home or building is handed off. No experience? No problem. We provide paid training in our cleaning procedures and standards. If you have cleaning experience, we would love to hear from you, too. What We Offer $19

Opportunities to grow with the company, including paths into leadership. What You Will Do Clean post-construction and move-out properties as part of a team. Remove construction dust, debris, stickers, and residue from surfaces, fixtures, and windows. Clean and detail kitchens, bathrooms, floors, cabinets, windows, and other areas. Follow cleaning checklists and quality standards on every job. Use cleaning equipment, tools, and products safely and correctly. Communicate with your supervisor about job progress, questions, or concerns. Follow company policies and safety procedures. Experience in post-construction, move-out, residential, or commercial cleaning is helpful, but we will train the right person in our cleaning processes. Schedule and Travel Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week & Part time, approximately 20-30 hours per week Typically Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM. Occasional evenings or weekends based on project deadlines. Travel to job sites outside the Fargo area (Company Vehicle Provided) Requirements Reliable transportation to the shop or job sites Ability to pass a background check. Ability to perform active cleaning work, including standing, bending, lifting up to 20 pounds, and using ladders, with or without reasonable accommodation.
