CLEANING ASSOCIATES

Cleaning Associates work closely with the Team Leader to get the job done. Responsibilities include that items are done in proper order and completed well. Good organizational skills, a desire to provide the best customer service, knowledge of cleaning products and equipment are tools that will help you succeed. Other characteristics that we look for are integrity, dependability and enthusiasm. Do you have these skills? Responsibilities and Duties

• Clean side-by-side with team members
• Be organized and keep tools used for work clean
• Help to organize the car, review the daily schedule and stay on track
• Walk through your finished work and re-check it
• Ask questions if you are not sure how to do something
• Be friendly towards customers Qualifications and Skills
• Demonstrate excellent customer service by meeting or exceeding the customer's expectations; developing reasons to say YES to what the customer needs.
• Use your detailing ability to spot what's dirty and clean it
• Be dependable and responsible.
• Must have a valid driver's license & maintain insurance (to be eligible to drive our company cars).
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
