We deliver the Simply Pristine Standard — a detailed, top-to-bottom methodology that leaves a home genuinely cared for, not just surface-tidy. We're a small, high-standards team, and we're adding a part-time Cleaning Technician who takes real pride in getting the details right.
Before you read further:
this post is honest about what we expect, because we'd rather find the right person than a lot of the wrong ones. What "our standard" actually means This isn't a wipe-it-down-and-go job. On every home, we: Move furniture to clean underneath — not just around it Clean the baseboards, tracks, and spots most people skip Check our own work against a checklist before we leave — every time Redo something if it bugs us, without anyone asking If that sounds like more than you'd want to do on every single job, we're honestly not the right fit — and that's okay. The work Part-time, with shifts falling between 8:30 AM and 6:30 PM . No two days look the same, which keeps the work active and far from repetitive: Residential maintenance cleans and top-to-bottom deep cleans Airbnb / short-term rental turnovers Post-construction and finishing cleans Dusting, scrubbing, detailing, floor care, and resetting spaces so they look exactly right Driving between residential and specialty job sites throughout the day Safely lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs Working solo on some jobs, alongside a teammate on others A love for animals is a must Many of our clients have pets, and being welcomed by a dog or cat is part of the day. You need to be genuinely comfortable around household animals. Who thrives here You're the kind of person who notices the details everyone else walks past. You'd rather do it right than do it fast. You show up reliably, follow a system without cutting corners, and feel good walking out of a home that looks exactly the way it should. This role is probably NOT for you if… "Good enough" is good enough for you You cut corners when no one's watching You want to clock in, coast, and clock out You're not comfortable around pets, driving between sites, or staying physically active all shift We'd genuinely rather you skip applying than take a role that isn't the right fit for either of us. Requirements Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Able to lift 50 lbs and stay physically active throughout your shift Comfortable around dogs, cats, and other household pets Part-time availability, flexible to a schedule that shifts day-to-day (between 8:30 AM-6:30 PM) Willing to learn and follow professional systems and quality-control processes Able to pass background and motor vehicle checks Pay & growth Starts at $17-$20/hr during training Up to $24/hr for the right fit as you master the Standard There's room to grow if you want it — but you don't have to want to climb to belong here. We value someone who wants to be genuinely great at this role for the long haul just as much as someone aiming for more responsibility.
