Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a experienced, reliable and detail-oriented cleaners to join our team. We are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our commercial spaces, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our client's employees and customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

THIS IS AN EVENING/NIGHTTIME

POSITION and runs approximately 2 hours per night beginning between 7-8 PM, 5-6 days per week.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of floors, as well as dusting and polishing of surfaces and fixtures.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
• Clean and organize break rooms, including tables, appliances, counters, and floors.
• Clean and maintain offices and other common areas.
• Restock consumables as needed.
• Communicate inventory needs with ownership to ensure adequate stock levels of supplies.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in commercial cleaning roles.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying objects and operating backpack vacuum.
• Ability to work within a fixed schedule.
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and supplies.
• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors and employees.

Requirements:

• Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation, NO

EXCEPTIONS

• All qualified applicants will be subject to background check.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and best practices.
