ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Routine grounds cleaning, trash and recycling cleaning, dog stations, tot lots, etc. Mopping, sweeping, buffing floors, vacuuming and shampooing carpets Clubhouse cleaning and set up Common area and amenity cleaning (meeting areas, kitchen,, baths, etc.) Restocking toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc. Lighting Inspections & re-lamping light fixturesJob Type:
