The Manufacturing Cleaning Associate maintains a clean, organized, and safe manufacturing/warehouse environment. This role supports production through routine and deep cleaning, sanitation of rooms and equipment, and handling/organizing manufacturing tooling. Must be comfortable working in dusty areas, using hand tools, and climbing ladders to clean elevated surfaces.

Edison, NJ Essential Functions Facility & Warehouse Cleaning Sweep, mop, and maintain production floors, aisles, hallways, and common areas. Operate industrial cleaning equipment including floor scrubbers. Remove trash and recycling throughout the facility. Requirements HS diploma/GED preferred. Experience in sanitation or manufacturing/warehouse preferred. Ability to operate industrial cleaning equipment. Lift up to 50 lbs; use manual pallet jack. Work with cleaning chemicals safely. Comfortable in dusty, hot, cold, or wet environments with PPE. Strong attention to detail; able to follow instructions. Able to stand long periods and perform repetitive tasks. Room Sanitation & Deep Cleaning Perform scheduled deep cleaning of walls, ceilings, floors, and equipment. Follow sanitation/SOP protocols and document completed tasks. Report maintenance or repair needs. Equipment & Parts Cleaning Disassemble, clean, and reassemble small production equipment. Wash and dry production parts per SOPs; ensure proper storage. Maintain wash rooms and ensure supplies are stocked and labeled. Tooling Handling & Organization Clean, handle, and organize tooling (dies, punches, components). Assist with storage, retrieval, and inventory tracking. Inspect tooling for cleanliness or damage before returning to production. Work Environment Fast‑paced, GMP‑regulated manufacturing/warehouse setting. Exposure to dust, chemicals, noise.
