These include planning and construction, facilities, public safety and emergency operations, environmental health and safety, transportation, housing, and auxiliary/retail operations. Posting Summary Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Custodian for the Division of Institutional Planning & Operations (IP&O). Among the key duties of this position are the following: Performs a wide variety of routine custodial duties required to maintain buildings and grounds in a clean and habitable condition. Performs basic maintenance and repair duties on university facilities equipment.
