Role Overview We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundskeeping & Make-Ready Cleaner to support daily property upkeep and prepare vacant units for new residents. This is an entry-level position with on-the-job training provided. Key Responsibilities Maintain clean and presentable property grounds. Pick up trash and empty common-area trash bins. Clean vacant units, including trash-outs, wiping surfaces, sweeping, and mopping. Maintain breezeways, pool areas, and other common areas. Assist with basic property and maintenance tasks as needed. Follow direction from the Maintenance Supervisor. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming community environment. Required Qualifications No prior maintenance or trade experience required. Reliable attendance and dependable transportation. Willingness to learn and follow instructions. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
