Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies Handle chemical agents safely, following all safety protocols and handling procedures to prevent accidents or contamination Operate floor buffers, scrubbers, vacuums, and other custodial equipment to maintain floor care standards Conduct sanitation tasks such as trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and disinfecting surfaces to promote a healthy environment Assist with light maintenance tasks including minor repairs, painting touch-ups, and facilities upkeep as needed Follow safety practices during manual handling and heavy lifting to prevent injuries Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages promptly Requirements Proven custodial or janitorial experience in commercial or industrial settings Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and chemical handling safety procedures Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as floor buffers and industrial vacuums effectively Strong understanding of safe lifting practices and manual handling techniques Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards Good communication skills with a customer service-oriented attitude when interacting with staff or visitors Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Join us in creating a pristine environment where safety and cleanliness are our top priorities!
