Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks across various commercial facilities, including offices, retail spaces, and industrial sites Execute floor scrubbing, buffing, waxing, and refinishing to restore and maintain optimal floor condition Handle cleaning chemicals and floor cleaning chemicals safely and effectively, adhering to environmental safety standards Operate cleaning equipment such as floor polishers, vacuums, carpet cleaners, and other janitorial tools with precision Conduct manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of supplies and equipment while maintaining proper ergonomic practices Ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards, paying special attention to high-traffic zones and flooring surfaces Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client requests and maintaining professional communication throughout your shift Requirements Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services, with knowledge of environmental services preferred Familiarity with floor care techniques such as floor scrubbing, buffing, waxing, and floor refinishing Ability to handle chemical agents responsibly and safely in compliance with safety protocols Strong manual handling skills, including heavy lifting and the use of cleaning equipment Knowledge of carpet cleaning methods and equipment is a plus Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards Good communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence Join us in creating clean, safe environments that leave lasting impressions!
