This role requires an efficient, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in creating a welcoming environment for residents, guests, and prospective tenants.

Hours:

Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00 Responsibilities Deep-clean vacant units after a resident moves out, ensuring kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, windows, and floors are spotless and ready for new move-ins. Clean and sanitize high-traffic zones daily, including the leasing office, fitness center, laundry rooms, hallways, and public restrooms. Vacuum & Shampoo carpets, sweep and mop hard floors, dust fixtures, wash windows, and polish stainless steel or stone surfaces. Keep track of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment, and report low stock to the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor. Immediately identify and log maintenance issues, safety hazards, pest control problems, or property damage while working. Other duties assigned Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of professional cleaning experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or property management settings Proven ability to identify missed spots and meet rigorous cleanliness standards under tight turnover deadlines. Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods, and safely lift or move up to 30 pounds of cleaning gear. Knowledge of safe handling practices for industrial cleaning supplies, sanitizers, and hazardous chemicals Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to each unit Join us if you're ready to bring energy into every space you clean!
