The company is currently seeking applicants for day time cleaners from 8:00 am -2:30 pm.. Responsibilities vary based off job but could include: Perform various floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning ceiling vents, etc. Cleaning bathrooms, conference rooms, stairwells and lounge areas General cleaning: trash removal, high and low dusting, restroom cleaning. Follow health and safety standards and safety procedures per OSHA, Maintenance and Management Associates's safety procedures and policies Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager Experience Experience in general cleaning is preferred but not required. Previous experience in cleaning, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, scrubbing, etc. is preferred but not required. Ability to work independently or as part of a team as appropriate for the job. Ability to handle physical workloads (lifting heavy objects, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for long periods of time, etc.) Training offered some knowledge preferred.
