Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM About the Role We are looking for a reliable, hard-working individual to join our team as a Rug Washer . No prior rug cleaning or specialty industry experience is required— we will fully train you! If you take pride in hands-on work, have a strong work ethic, and are eager to learn a modern trade, this is a great opportunity for a steady, weekday schedule. Key Responsibilities Learn and assist with the step-by-step cleaning, washing, and rinsing process for high-end area rugs. Operate specialty rug cleaning and water-extraction equipment (training provided). Safely handle, move, and hang rugs to prepare them for the washing and drying stages. Inspect rugs before and after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace. What We're Looking For No experience necessary —a positive attitude and willingness to learn are most important! Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, bending, standing for long periods, and handling wet materials). Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented. Comfortable working in a hands-on, active environment.
