Responsibilities of the position may include (but are not limited to): Assist Super with daily activities Cover for Super on his days off Report all tenant / shareholder complaints Perform general work Inspection and oiling of various motors Report the need of necessary tools, supplies, equipment and fuel to efficiently service and maintain property Replace equipment as needed Minor maintenance Plumbing and steam repairs Boiler Room maintenance Electrical Carpentry Locksmithing, security and safety Tiling Roofing Painting Reliable, courteous and able to speak English Able to pitch in with other duties as required Porter /
Doorman Requirements:
2+ years' experience in the building service industry, or in a related environment Customer Service oriented Knowledge of building Systems and computers preferred Good work ethic Able to take direction and multi task Work independently and as a
