Royal Pavement Solutions is seeking a dependable Sweeper / Porter to join our growing team. This is a part time position, with opportunity to be full time. We're looking for someone who takes pride in keeping equipment, jobsites, and our yard clean, organized, and operating at a high standard. This position plays an important role in supporting our field operations by operating our parking lot sweeper, transporting equipment and materials as needed, and helping maintain our fleet and facilities. Sweeping is performed overnight, while Portering and yard responsibilities are completed during the day. Clean commercial parking lots and job sites. Perform daily equipment inspections. Transport equipment and materials as needed. Keep the shop and yard clean, organized, and professional. Wash and fuel trucks and equipment. Assist mechanics and field crews as needed. Report equipment issues promptly. Follow all company safety procedures. Ability to work overnight shifts. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Reliable transportation to report to our yard. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Preferred Qualifications Experience operating commercial sweepers or similar equipment. Experience working in construction, paving, or fleet maintenance. OSHA 10 Certification.
