Job Summary Key Responsibilities Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with luggage to and from guest rooms. Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel amenities, services, and room features. Assist guests with transportation needs, including loading and unloading luggage from vehicles. Clean and maintain public areas of the hotel, including the lobby, entrances, hallways, stairwells, elevators, restrooms, and other guest-accessible spaces, ensuring they remain clean, safe, and presentable throughout the day. Empty trash receptacles, replenish public area supplies, and ensure entrances are free of debris. Deliver guest requests such as extra linens, toiletries, cribs, and other amenities. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the hotel entrance, lobby, luggage storage areas, and other public spaces. Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests. Assist with receiving and storing deliveries as directed. Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or security concerns to the appropriate department. Safely store and retrieve guest luggage when requested. Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and directions. Support the Front Office team with additional duties as assigned. Follow all hotel safety, security, and guest service policies and procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Valid driver's license may be required depending on hotel operations. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. Ability to frequently bend, stoop, climb stairs, and maneuver luggage carts. Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
